What is WAP$WAP?
WAP$WAP is an Automated Market Marker on the Binance Smart Chain. We offer a liquidity pool model. Clients add token sets to the liquidity pool and earn exchange fees from others who trade their tokens using the pool. We have looked everywhere for the speed and low cost that Binane Smart Chain provides. Our cryptocurrency is called $WAP. You can definitely buy and sell them on DEX. You can also trade different tokens for $WAP using our trading pool and liquidity.

 

WapSwap Features

• Liquidity Pool: Liquidity providers (LPs) add funds to the liquidity pool. You can think of a liquidity pool as a large pile of funds that traders can fight against.

• Staking Pools: Staking pools are groups of coin holders who pool their resources to increase their chances of validating blocks and receiving rewards. They combine the power of their bets and distribute the prizes in proportion to their contribution to the pool.

• AMM: An automated market maker (AMM) is a type of decentralized exchange protocol (DEX) that relies on mathematical formulas to determine asset prices. Instead of using an order book like a traditional exchange, assets are priced according to a pricing algorithm.

• Swapping: Swap refers to the exchange of one cryptocurrency that you hold for the equivalent value of another cryptocurrency.

• Farming: Farming is a way to earn more crypto with your crypto. This involves you lending your funds to someone else through the magic of computer programs called smart contracts. In return for your service, you get a fee in crypto.

• ERC-20 Standard: ERC-20 introduces a standard for Exchangeable Tokens, in other words, they have properties that make each Token exactly the same (in type and value) of other Tokens.

 

How it works?

• Burning
  The size of the token to trade requires approval to move on another chain specified using the ChainSwapToChain() Event.

• Interact
  When the opportunity is emitted, a token moves to the next chain by a specified number of main chains.

• Claim
  The size of the token consumed from the main chain will require a trigger to the next chain to guarantee the token.

• Print
  When the strategy is executed, the location of the ChainSwapClaim is displayed along with the token printing.

 

Stake
Staking “$WAP” TOKEN involves locking up assets for participating in transaction validation on a proof-of-stake blockchain, with a financial “reward” awarded in the form of different Tokens. It offers an alternative to digital assets to generate returns in today's low or negative interest rate environment.

Liquidity Pool and Increase Liquidity
The WAP$WAP liquidity pool allows you to provide liquidity by adding your tokens to a liquidity pool or “LP”.

When you add your token to a liquidity pool (LP), you will receive an LP token (WAP$WAP version of the liquidity provider token). For example, if you deposit $WAP and $BNB into a liquidity pool, you will receive LP WAP-BNB tokens.

The number of LP tokens you receive represents your share of the WAP-BNB liquidity pool. You can also redeem your funds at any time by clearing your liquidity. Providing liquidity is not without risk, as you may be exposed to non-permanent losses.

It's not all bad for liquidity providers as you will also be rewarded with trading fees. Whenever someone trades WAP, the trader pays a 0.25% fee, of which 0.18% is added to the liquidity pool of the swap pair they trade.

 

As an example:

• There are 10 WAP LP tokens representing 10 WAP tokens and 10 BNB.
• 1 WAP LP token = $1 WAP + $1 BNB.
• Someone traded 10 WAP for 10 BNB.
• Someone else is trading 10 BNB for 10 WAP.
• The WAP/BNB liquidity pool now has 10,017 WAP and 10,017 BNB.
• Each LP token is now worth 1,00017 WAP + 1,00017 BNB.
• To make liquidity providers more valuable to your time, you can also put your LP tokens to work setting up some new yields on WAP$WAP farms, while still earning your 0.18% trading fee reward.
